Facility Training


Generally, a client starts their sessions learning a simple but comprehensive dynamic warm up. The warm up, is designed to increase heart rate while moving the body safely through range of motion exercises, this ensures clients have a safer and more substantive training session. IPT specializes in one- on -one training, couples, and small groups up to four people.
Our sessions are conducted from the principals of the III Phase system and Ground Based Exercise Fundamentals. An Intense focus is placed on our client’s mechanics, symmetry, muscle endurance and flexibility. We build a solid foundation in fitness with our III Phase System that allows you to burn fat and build muscle, without being too sore to carry on with your week. All of our sessions are concluded with a post training stretch from a trainer design to accelerate muscle recovery.

Personal training sessions are held in The Institute for Human Performance, located in Deerfield, Il. The facility is 8000 square feet with a 60 meter four lane track, 6 Olympic platform stations and plenty of functional training equipment.
