Independent personal trainers may rent time from IPTGYM to train their clients, and run their own businesses from the IPTGYM.  Open gym memberships are available to individuals who are looking to work out on their own, and in-home training is offered to clients who prefer having a trainer come to them.

Located just steps from the North Shore Bicycle Trail and four miles west of Lake Michigan, this prime location allows clients and trainers the enjoyment of extending their training sessions outdoors.
